The Great Eastern Food

The food and service are both fantastic, this has to be my all time favourite restaurant in terms of casual dining. The flavours are incredible and the food fresh and beautifully presented. A nice and comprehensive drinks menu as well. They have sake!! Nowhere in SA have I found a casual dining restaurant that caters to vegetarians and vegans so extensively.

Probably my number eastern cuisine restaurant in SA. My wife and I try and visit once every two months. Their food is flavoursome, incredibly clever... their wine is awesome and well priced from Miravel. Fantastic vibe and great service.

So stunning 12 friends for lunch on a busy Sunday ..Everything was superb from the recommendations on what to eat and to the staff So well trained what a pleasure having Norma to attend to us.. We decided to share desserts and had to order MORE wow...5 stars from all 12 of us Thank you

First time in this restaurant last night. Such delicious and beautifully prepared dishes! We had a variety to taste, all equally delicious. My favourite were the Kimchi Dumplings and the Green Papaya salad which was so refreshing on the palate. A firm favourite at the table was also the Rice Gnocchi with Dragon Sauce. Definitely going to have to go back to this little gem!
