What an unexpected positive experience.. this restaurant would hold its own anywhere in Jozi, upon arrival the chef himself came over to our table to welcome us, we ordered the full chicken and the vegetarian platter, the chicken was cooked to perfection, it could have done with a bit more lemon but now I am nit picking and at last a chicken that is worthy of the title 'large '. The vegetarian platter was one of the best ever had and we would return just for that....we will be back to work through the menu because its that good. Oh yes the chocolate brownie pudding was magnificent.......

Hands down the best restaurant in Norwood! The service is always fantastic, and the MEAT is to die for! Terrance (the owner, I think? is a great host, and has made up some special platters for my boyfriend and I on a few occasions. This is a great place to have your birthday or other fun event! 10/10!

Terence is an awesome Chef, the food is fantastic i eatbtheir atbleast 10 times a month and hav3 never had a bad meal awesome restaurant thanks for choosing Norwood buddy.

Had the best evening at Fireside. This is a must try for everyone. Terrence and his team make you feel at home and the food is sublime.
