While many patrons praised the friendly service and delicious food, a recurring theme emerged: the ordering process is overly complex and often frustrating. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity hampers app usability, leading to delays and dissatisfaction. Additionally, some diners reported confusion regarding menu options and portion sizes, especially for the price. Overall, while the food quality is noted, the dining experience leaves much to be desired, prompting patrons to seek alternatives nearby.
The food is good and service is great, however the prices are way above what they should be and makes for a very pricey lunch
The food was delicious and tasty, but the menu and ordering system were overly complex. You are required to order on your phone, unless you are taking dishes off the conveyor belt. Personally, I would prefer to speak to a person to order food. It was also challenging to get the attention of the serving staff. After spending £43 for lunch for two people, I left feeling hungry for something more substantial, like a burger. The food was expensive for the quality. I'm glad I gave it a try, but I probably wouldn't go back.
No real service at all. Dropped in a spare seat, menu covered sweet and sour sauce, dirty bar top. Not really a cheap meal either… really not great.
The food was delicious with a variety of hot and cold options. The kids enjoyed watching the chefs prepare the dishes. Be sure to make a reservation in advance to secure a table!
I had a truly enjoyable dining experience with excellent service and fast service. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, without any problems at all!
