Top food on reopening tonight, the mixed grill I can highly recommend, much meat and well cooked. the new refurb also looks great! great work of the team!
Large pub, many tables that after all that the shopping staff are very friendly and eating is very good, we had the vegetarian option of cheese, kartoffel cake, which was very tasty, came with a huge yorkshire, stuffing, roasting, kartoffel beautiful texture and taste) carrots, exhilarating and vegetarian gravy, all very hot.
Friendly atmosphere, nice warm food, well cooked. clean pub, good selection of food. the personal had a good customer service. it was made to feel welcome. will definitely be recommended there again and friends.
Disappointed. We went to The Woolpack pub to watch a football match The Woolpack website adverted parking but nowhere on the site does it mention parking fees. As paying customers i didn’t expect to pay for parking in a pub car park. We arrived in the dark parked up stayed to watch the match had a few drink and left. It’s resulted in an expensive fine. Be aware if using this pub
Came in on bank holiday staff very pleasant . Tables clean and tidy. Ordered food and drinks very well served and didn't wait long Food was amazing
