I wasn't paying for eating a frog bump, so I complained about it. They told me 'they came like this, I can put it in bread for you'. What I also accepted, so guessing that the baps were frozen and thaw in the microwave, as once the bread rolls are made this way and then left too long, the bread rolls will be hard. Or did the company send rancid rolls to the store?I wasn't too impressed that I paid a bap and ALL the other baps seemed to me rancid, strange to me. I won't use this coffee in the future like I'll use the other coffees I usually go in.

Also, when you enter Ground Floor it is very useful in my Scootet for the disabled, trying to find all the toiletries I need. And I find that staff and managers are very useful to me, as I live nearby. The staff is very kind to me. I enjoy going to my Wilkinsons in Ilford my fabulous town. My son makes the heavy shopping for me in a car so nice to go and kiss for the sales of toiletries in a fabulous environment.Last Happy New Year.
