Tatlers - Norwich

Hats off to Tatlers. Great value three course lunch which offers far better food than the numerous chain brands restaurants across Norwich. I had a beautifully cooked rare fillet and a very refined creme brulee. The prawn starter was lovely. Well chosen wine list. I will return before long.

Tatlers has gone a bit low rent . It used to be a choice place to go with great food ànd service to match. Now it is limited, average and a tad unprofessional. Even the floor manager is a bit clueless. My main had just arrived to my table and he asked if the food was all right. Tough to tell, mate. Not started eating yet. Twice I had to send the waitresses away as I had not finished eating, but they wanted to clear the table. The food was just about ok, but over priced. Think twice before going. £66 for 2 courses for 2 people. Was worth half that, at best. Would not go back.

We went to this restaurant today. It was really nice restaurant! The food was amazing and waiter was really nice. The price is wonderful! You should go to this restaurant when you visit Norwich:

Brilliant experience, last minute booking. Friendly check in, Kovid regime security very well respected. Very interesting concept of the menu... no main/large courses.... Great informal service God product knowledge and fantastic selection of tapas in the menu... selected 8 between 2 people and could not finish! Amazing wine selection, definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Stop at Tatlers with our Greyhound for a light lunch, so we sat outside and were immediately asked if we needed water for the dog. The Ciabattas we had were very good. Excellent chips (and I'm fussy when it comes to chips) service was brilliant and we felt that the meal was very good. The renovations to the building are tasteful and it was immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend Tatlers.
