We moved to Southwell 4 years ago and were pleased there was a chippy here. The first time we had fish chips from here the whole lot was literally dripping oil.I tried to suck some up it up with kitchen roll but ended up with lots of paper full of oil.The second visit was just as bad. I 've never had fish, I 've refused for years, just because I didn 't like it . Well I finally bit the bullet and tried Southwell. Lady behind the counter was very nice, and the food was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my first ever Fish and Chips. Place will go down in history as the first place I tried it!
