After receiving a recommendation, we decided to try the coffee at Puff and Bean's, and we were not let down. They offer a variety of Espresso options that we thoroughly enjoyed. We were so impressed that we chose them to provide the coffee for our wedding, and they did an exceptional job throughout the night. The coffees were great, and the service was fantastic.
I encountered the owner of this restaurant to be quite rude and unfriendly. As I approached the market stall, I was met with a rude attitude by the owner when I looked at the loyalty cards on display. She abruptly took the card from me and told me that I couldn't touch them unless I bought a coffee, without even asking if I intended to make a purchase. It was a busy day in Norwich city center yesterday, and it's no surprise that this stall was one of the only ones not filled with customers. After my experience, I can understand why. The service to the public was dreadful.
