Pizza Hut - Norwich

We thought it was a late lunch here and found it was still pretty busy. We sat after a short wait and the app-based ordering system was clearly designed for us. The food was hot and fresh as you would expect and it came fast. All the staff we treated were very friendly and seemed happy whatever is welcome.

Fantastic, we were greeted by the manager who was very friendly and he took us through the online booking and then showed us on our table. The other employees were so busy, but had a smile for everyone. The food was great as usual. I would recommend the Chaplefield Pizzahütte to everyone. Top workers, top work.

Here for lunch, usual pizza hat taste that was beautiful, as had not one for a long time. You order and pay on you phone by making a picture of the table QR code, easy to do.

Family of 4. Visited this place today. Paid online with tips but chocked with poor service. All staffs doesn’t try to help and ignored us at all time after seated. They walked around but none want to service. Been told after seated to be ordered online which we did. We finished in a while none of staffs wanted to clear ours table or ask if we want ours dessert which already placed an order with ours meals. my little girl found hair in her food after ate half of it! I picked up and leave on side plate told staff she doesn’t do anything about it. Very poor service others restaurant would change our food or offered refund the dish but this place not seem to apologise at all. It looks like lash extensions disgusting. Chocolate brownie can’t be eaten as it too hard solidly rock! Spoon couldn't cut a piece so my girls left their brownies without a bite of it. Poor hygiene. Poor service. Not recommended. Avoid.
