Pizza Express - Norwich

Food is as expected, no real complaints as you are not filled with high expectations. The meal was tainted by inattentive and ambivalent low rent parents allowing their rat boy offspring to charge around the whole premises. Waiting staff pleasant enough but you would like to think that an invested manager would have had a discreet word.

16 of us turned up, they were expecting 8 or 10. Tables were shifted and all seated. Surprise we all had pizza and jolly good they were too. Surprisingly not very busy for a Friday night so we were served quickly and with style. The waiter didn't even blink when we asked to divide the bill into 16. A good meal in a good location.

Staff were good . My wife enjoyed her pizza. My Calzone was DISGUSTING. The vegetables were cold and the presentation left a lot to be desired. I suggest the management and Chefs visit Donellis Pizza in Norwich to see how a real calzone should be made and presented -we could not get a table at Donellis as they were fully booked

Our waitress Teresa was fabulous. Pizzas were great and a lovely light place to sit with super view of the church. We haven't been to a Pizza Express for a long time and had forgotten just how good their pizzas are. We both had romana pizzas which were well made and super tasty.

Don't waste your hard earned wages here. The quality of food has dropped considerably and staff are rude.
