What missyhall doesn't like about Park Britannia:
Came on a bright Sunday morning. As such it was busy. Lovely building. Staff were disorganised. Coffee good. Waited over an hour for 3 sandwiches! Other people requested refunds with some difficulty. Young lad waiting at table was polite but under pressure. Better supervision and training needed. Disappointing. Friend got a refund too. View all feedback. What User likes about Park Britannia:
a quiet and historical oasis that they would not expect in the north of norwich! go for a walk in the park and go to the britannia cafe for a coffee, tee or lunch and a bonus that the toilets are modern and clean! View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a picturesque corner of Norwich, the Britannia Café offers a charming setting for locals and visitors alike. While the ambiance is delightful and the décor inviting, patrons often report inconsistency in service and food quality. Long wait times for orders can overshadow the café's appeal, despite its delicious homemade cakes and barista-style coffee. Some dishes, like salads and jacket potatoes, have disappointed, hinting at budget constraints. Overall, the café presents itself as a community-friendly establishment with potential, but improvements in organization and menu consistency could enhance the overall dining experience.
