I was taken to breakfast today, so I didn't pay, I would have complained, didn't want my friend to be embarrassed. all three breakfasts were much satisfactory. fantastic quality produce ruined. Why do they serve hot food on cold tellers? I didn't want black pudding, I didn't want it to be replaced by anything else, which was checked by the server after ordering why I got my breakfast served with black pudding, which is a waste of food. How is that possible? the personal must be overwhelmed by someone who is obviously responsible, where was this person? I can't recommend this device as I had in the past. it's up to you to regain my destiny. they made changes, we had a nice experience so I changed my review.

Coffee currently varies week on week. Sometimes water is too hot and burns the coffee making it too bitter. As I drink an Americano without sugar, this is parti... read more Coffee currently varies week on week. Sometimes water is too hot and burns the coffee making it too bitter. As I drink an Americano without sugar, this is particularly noticeable. It's not every week, but disappointingly too frequent now. Not a fan of the new cups bamboo and no handle. Bring back the crockery please. Choice of cakes and biscuits varies too. Used to do a yummy vegan peanut butter chocolate cookie but not had for sometime now. Will try again soon in hope things improve as I like the ethos behind the café but if not, I'll be looking elsewhere for my caffeine hit.
