We visited on a Sunday afternoon during the recent warm spell, and having seen the shop window first thing when we arrived in the city, we decided to go back before leaving for our hotel and get a couple of the gorgeous looking brownies. Looking for dessert after a big meal I could hardly resist those giant macaroons they had in offer.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite and unhelpful. When I asked a question about the flavors, I received a dismissive response from a female staff member who acted as if it was too much effort to be helpful. I would not recommend returning to this establishment.
What a lovely little shop this is. The staff are friendly. This was my second visit and was not disappointed. A bit late in the day, plenty of macarons to choose from, also they have Brownies. Took some macarons home for my son and his wife. They did not last long once the box was opened
What a find. The macaroons and sweet treats are to die for! Reasonable prices, friendly service. The shop is owned and run by an ex tv MasterChef. Check it out if you are in Norwich for a treat or for Christmas goodies!
We have visited the shop on a number of occasions and have had lots of deliveries as well we have had 1 issue and it was sorted in the end and will continue to use this lovely shop and service must say the Macarons are great and the salted caramel brownies were to die for especially as compensation for a macaron issue we had
