I visited the KFC location on chapelfield on August 20, 2024, at 4 pm, and was appalled by the behavior of the girl at the till. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, not only to me but also to another customer who was trying to pay with cash.The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. I ordered chicken buket , but what I got was uncooked chicken oily and so much of salt in it. I was expecting the usual KFC quality and friendly service, but this visit fell far short. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience.
They called out my number and gave me my meal but didn’t check what number i was when i collected it. I ordered a large meal and was given a regular and when i went to explain it to them they just chucked a small extra in my bag and just gave it to me. Then i found out they swapped mine and another customers meal and just shrugged it off. I didn’t end up getting anything large and it was all regular size. The way they communicate isn’t very clear and they are extremely rude, using foul language with customers. They just chuck the ready orders at the front in a pile. Not good service at all.
Ordered 18mins ago and we were told to wait another 20min which is so ridiculous
Very slow service here. And when received meal it was cold Management and staff both useless
Awful experience. They deserve 0. I waited to order for over 15 mins in KFC Chapel field this evening . One of the customer assistant then said they are closed. I asked her why she didn't tell me when I queued up and she started being rude and telling me she can't be in' two places at the same time'. That infuriated me and I told her she will have to serve me, why did she serve others who were in front of me and didn't tell me in time that they had closed than leaving me in the queue. She started threatening me with security and told me she wasn't going to serve. I told her I had nothing to fear, she can bring security. Now I wonder if this has anything to do with Skin Colour?
