She ordered the rodio chicken burger and instantly said she had minor pains in her stomach. We finished and paid for the bill and made our way home. At night she was complaining the pain was still there she tried to go to sleep and an hour later she woke up with severe stomach pains and had extreme sickness and diarrhoea. There was blood in her sick so I instantly called an ambulance. We had a written record from the paramedic who confirmed that it was food poisoning. She complained to giraffe and they refused to except all responsibility and did not even offer to refund or compensate for her meal. I was disgusted with this company and will not eat here gain. I was even more annoyed they were saying it was from the oats And banana shed eaten prior to the visit. I'm a qualified nutritionist! I was gobsmacked when I heard this. Lol
