The atmosphere is wonderful, and they charge a small fee for toppings (no more than £1 from my memory). The staff are friendly and take your order with patience, even if you're unsure. You can also customize your sugar and ice levels, which is fantastic. They offer sugarcane straws and a wide variety of teas to choose from. The employees always seem cheerful and happy, which adds to the overall experience. The cafe's design may not be modern, but it has a cozy sofa, bean bag chairs, plenty of tables, and even some games to play. I stayed for a long time and found it very comfortable. The quality of the drinks is great for the price. I highly recommend this place and hope others have the same positive experience as I did. Apologies for the lengthy review!
