Brewers Fayre Oaks - Norwich

My partner ordered the Big Stack Burger and I ordered the Fish Pie. Both dishes were delicious and we received excellent service. For dessert, we enjoyed the Black Forest Sundae and the Chocolate Eclair. Our server, named Magic, was lovely. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied.

It is so nice to come out after the pandemic and although it was to do, we felt very relaxed and safe. eating was delicious and good. everyone we met was kind and nothing was too much annoyed. my complicated food. allergies were professionally supervised. though very busy, maggie our server was amazing. she even brought me an extra tee bag if the tee was too weak for me.

Great service from the moment we came in. Eatable and a friendly atmosphere. even some decent cocktails for five between 5 and 7 each!

We called on Friday, the early evening was quickly shown on a table for two. we ordered the squid, chips, which was absolutely tasty; fresh, white pieces sweet fish we enjoyed very much. it is a shame that before we sat, we were told what was not available on the menu; no chickens, no steak pee, no other kinder dishes. we worked around them, but others might have left this point. I would suggest that the person who sits us could have pointed out this.

I highly recommend The Oaks. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. All the staff were fantastic in accommodating our large group, with no delays and nothing being too much trouble. A special thank you to Janice, our waitress who was amazing and constantly checking in to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. I can't wait to come back in the future.
