We booked a table for seven and were initially seated next to an air conditioning unit that was making a disturbingly loud, high-pitched squealing noise. While the staff may have become accustomed to it, as individuals with hearing loss who had just attended the Norfolk Deaf Festival, it was quite unacceptable for us. Fortunately, the manager was wonderful and moved us to the furthest table available. Although there... View all feedback.
What Cath doesn't like about Bill's Restaurant Bar Norwich:
The service was excellent, but the food was bland (except for the chocolate tart) and small portions for the price. It’s such a shame as everything else was great. View all feedback.
Went for breakfast with my partner and it was absolutely fantastic. Very nice and the service we received from Jess was amazing. Thanks for making our experience so nice.
Probably the best family meal out we 've ever had! Food was fab, waiter (James) was excellent (patient, helpful, interested, understanding) and despite the ridiculously loud laughing on the next table, the atmosphere was still great. Can 't fault it! My dirty vegan burger was lovely even the pickle, which I usually hate!
Excellent service from friendly staff. The interior decor is a combination of hipster basic and shabby chic. Works for me. Food good but a little more expensive than similar offerings.
The Goan fish curry was some of the best fish curry, I've ever had barring my mum's. The staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful. Food was served without a long wait. If there was one thing that could be improved, it would probably be the rice, it didn't taste freshly cooked.
Tasty food, very good service as we got a corner table ideal place to sit with a toddler! Food is tasty full of flavour. New menu has some exquisite items like Goan fish spices are authentic and flavoursome. Lamb steak was quite good too which my wife tried. Finished with a Bill’s flower pot which my son loved, specially when he realised he can actually eat the flower pot!
