I had a wonderful dining experience at this peaceful restaurant. The prices were very reasonable for the generous portion sizes. I opted for the Western Omelette and it was definitely worth the money. Despite a busy crowd, the service was efficient and attentive. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Norwich Diner:
We have enjoyed all our visits to this very friendly, clean and welcoming diner since Pete first took it over. The food is excellent and the portions are more than generous. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to eat, to give them a try and I know you won't regret it! Also you will enjoy the friendliness of the waitresses and other staff and will enjoy getting to know them all. View all feedback.
Although my visit to Norwich was short, I will certainly return to this restaurant if I visit again. From the moment we entered, the staff welcomed us warmly. They respectfully addressed both my mom and me as ladies, which I greatly appreciated. In addition to the delightful atmosphere, the food was outstanding! Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair system and it is very easy.
This diner is so good. The breakfast I had was just perfect. The omelet was cooked to perfection. The hash browns had just the right crispy to them. The French toast, I mean they were perfect. Fluffy and soft and just delicious. I recommend to anyone!
We stop for breakfast on our way home to PA from our family reunion in Madison County. Always a pleasant breakfast. Waitress this morning was super friendly. Recommend to go try this place out...
Great place to stop and have a delicious breakfast.
Been eating here for years. And lately the service has become rude and unfriendly. The staff seems like they hate being there. They also went to cash only which is inconvenient Yesterday was the final straw. We were left standing at the entrance with the wait staff ignoring us. You must wait to be seated I finally asked if we could choose a table and was rudely told to continue waiting. My wife and I were then walked to an awkward table in the back corner where one chair faced the wall, and one chair faced the counter. Obviously I wanted to sit across from my wife, so I asked if we could have one of the other open tables. The place was half empty. This seemed to be a huge issue, and both waitresses were rude about it. So we just walked out. The last three times I was there, the same waitress was rude. I tolerated it knowing sometimes people have things going on in their life. But now I see it's just standard operating procedure I'll never go back.
