Five Guys - Norwich

This is a fantastic restaurant with a spacious seating area that can accommodate around 20-24 people. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked, with workers wearing masks and working efficiently as a team. The atmosphere was not too noisy and the food was served promptly. I especially appreciated that they served their fries crispy. The cashier was professional and the workers spoke clearly and loudly when calling out order numbers. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Eating is always delicious. the best burger and pommes compared to the larger almost food restaurants in the chain. the prices seem high. $38 for 2 burgers, 2 pommes and 2 drinks.

I have a gluten allergy and I suffer tonight because someone contaminated my food. if they will ask if it is a preferential or allergy, every time we order thier gf bungalow alternative I feel as if it were not inappropriate to expect to take care of their customers allergy. this company should teach their employees that gluten is like poison for some of their customers. service?

Burgers were adequate but the person who took our order clearly wasn't listening when I said"all the way NO mushrooms. Since they put them on my burger and not my wife's who did order mushrooms it caused us to half eat each other's burgers until I wondered what happened to my bacon which was on the burger with mushrooms. I'm all for being patient in this short staffed world we now live in but I counted six people back there so.... Plus the woman I mentioned it to seem to think I did something wrong. Exactly how you don't treat someone who just paid for goods and even left a tip. I'll find a different 5 guys someday and try again I suppose but this was a disappointing inagaral visit. Wouldn't recommend this branch.

Consistently tasty hamburgers that require a couple hours to digest that caloric bomb with fries for the logy feeling to pass.
