Waited almost 30 minutes for a doordash order. The manager had no communication with the customers, making it immensely frustrating having to wait for fast food. Employees moves extremely slow. The All Woman Staff did no justice for women anywhere. All moved slow and had little to no customer service skills.

The worst experience ever. I arrived at 449 i received the food at 536 the 2nd problem the rive was hard the 3rd problem was the chicken was pink and i the quantity of chicken was very little for a large plate the worst part was The GM was there and argued me that i was imagining everything he never apologized or accepted accountability.

The worst customer service that 1 star shouldn't even be given to them ,it should be a no star ,the customer host named Giselle didn't let me get my order ,she told me beef and chicken without asking me what would be my order and as I was ordering she was cutting me off every second saying anything else? And being so rude,Aside from that we asked for Pepsi and it tasted nothing like pepsi ,it tasted like a cherry soda like dr.pepper ,the food was horrible ,she didn't even ask what sides we wanted ,worst customer service I've had yet and worst food I've had yet,undercooked

Looking for something delicious like rice and bark yoshinoya is the place to always go great and never skip a beat. hanabi hot sauce is so good

Another place that doesn't get my money anymore. none of the stalls. they stack it with rice and a little bark meat and this is a big teller! that was the greatest waste of money and time. and her BBQ-Rind is only regular bark with sauce on it and not a single sesame.
