I went out late at night to get some Subway cookies because I really love them. I wanted to try one first, but the staff seemed to think I wanted to pay for it upfront. I went out late at night to get some Subway cookies because I really love them. I wanted to try one first, but the staff seemed to think I wanted to pay for it upfront. After taking a bite, I immediately asked for three more because they were so soft and delicious. However, the Hispanic woman working there seemed frustrated by my request; she rolled her eyes at me and acted annoyed when I asked her to push a few buttons on the register. Has she never heard of customer service?!
SÚPER BAD SEVICE! THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE.I went to to get 2 sandwiches. The lady proceeded to tap her fingers on the Board clearly annoyed then proceeded to tell me there was NO MEATBALLS when you could clearly see that there where meatballs. LASTY she didn’t give me my receipt. OVERALL BAD SERVICE! ?DONT COME HERE!
You can usually tell the attitude of the customer by the level of grammar used in their complaints. It is those reviews in which I do not place much credence. As someone else correctly stated, I'm not sure from where all of the negative complaints are coming except from an overinflated sense of entitlement. Every time I go to this Subway, it is always spotless, the front counter is filled with all varieties of chips, and my sandwich is perfectly prepared. Perhaps if people approached the workers with a smile instead of a scowl, asked for what they wanted instead of demanded it, and politely pointed out anything they saw wrong rather than treated them like personal servants, their experience would be much more pleasant. It would definitely behoove everyone to remember that we're all humans just trying to get by, whether it's to make money making sandwiches to support a family or to get something quick to eat after a long day at work.
I rarely write negative reviews unless absolutely necessary, but I had a disappointing experience during my dinner visit. While eating my sandwich, I noticed several strands of black hair—one in the broth and another mixed in with the vegetables. I immediately brought this to the attention of the person at the counter, but she didn’t even offer a refund. I ended up throwing the sandwich away right then and there. I would have shared pictures, but it was so unappetizing that I just wanted to get rid of it. It’s truly unfortunate because Subway is usually a great chain; it just seems they need to improve their staff's standards.
