However, since the pandemic, prices have skyrocketed to ridiculous levels,... read more As a lifelong resident of Norwalk, I've been visiting Mr. Frosty's for over 20 years. However, since the pandemic, prices have skyrocketed to ridiculous levels, much like many other restaurants in the area. Recently, Mr. Frosty's has adopted the common tactic of raising prices while also reducing portion sizes. During a visit on a Sunday night, I paid $5.69 plus tax for a small Hot Fudge Sundae, which would have been considered a small serving before Covid. There was barely any fudge on it, and I genuinely felt ripped off. Long lines are still a standard occurrence here, which suggests that many people are willing to spend their money on diminishing portions. Moving forward, I plan to try Sweet Ashley's in Norwalk or just go to Stew Leonard's for my ice cream.

We had the immense pleasure of having Seaside Sliders cater our wedding on May 28, 2023, at The Hops Company. Ant and his staff were not only professional and attentive, but the food was also exceptional. We highly recommend trying the Raw Bar—our guests could not stop raving about the clams and oysters! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our wedding day so special. If you're considering a food truck for your wedding, choose Seaside Sliders. Their team was responsive, friendly, and professional, making our special day much more manageable. Before the ceremony, they provided a charcuterie board to ensure we had something to eat. During our photo session at cocktail hour, they brought appetizers to us, and the main course was both satisfying and delicious. Our guests are still raving about the fantastic food. I highly recommend choosing Seaside Sliders. Their dishes are not only hearty and flavorful but also creative, and their staff is exceptionally kind. Whether you’re considering them for your wedding or any party, I can assure you they will make your day absolutely perfect.

The compliments from our guests were pouring in…and STILL DO until this day — they can’t stop talking about the food from our wedding. But also the people. And we agree. His team is top-notch. From start to finish, Ant was attentive, kind, and flexible. When I say he went above and beyond for us, that’s an understatement. Everything was flawless from planning the menu, to the food tasting, to the final touches and details, his team on the wedding day itself, and literally everything in between. 10/10 recommend Seaside Sliders for any wedding or event!!!!
