I don't know about their sales department, but don't waste your time with their service department. I waited for 3 weeks to get an appointment for a noise on my brand new car, and when the time of my appointment came, I still had to wait for 30 minutes to check in. The Worst customer service !! Im So frustrating even i m not able to speak to anyone cus they have been ignored my calls/ voice msg or email.I went to mckenna audi for my 50 k maintenance about a month ago cus i believe that Audi care packages should cover till 50 k. However i went there, a service consultant said “ you no longer have audi care service”. He asked me to pay out of my pocket. Thus I had to pay over 400 bucks for oil changes and etc.when i came home , spoke to audi representative on line, Alec said “ your audi care package is still present, contact to service manager, you will get a refund” thus, i called audi mckenna several times, they kept transferring my call to different persons . i had to leave voice msgs , sent email several times and even i spoke to the service consultant. They never responded to my concerns. and even the person i spoke to, he just said” i will call u after double check”. I have been waited almost one month. He never called back.When they get ur money, that is it. Even it is their mistakes, they would not give u a refund. I guess i will not get any response from them. I need to drive all the way there to complain. What a service.

My vehicle was in at the dealership for over a month 1/2 and the contact person Luis was not communicating well with me or my fiance who took the vehicle in. He would not return our phone calls and we where left wondering what was going on. He contacted me once in all the time my vehicle was there. I had to catch him over the phone the day before my vehicle was picked up. He kept saying my fiance phone was not going through. I myself had previously called and confirmed his phone number 3 times, once even with Luis himself and I also told him he could of reached out to me or even emailed me. We where charged for a key and work done that didn't fix the issue. My vehicle was towed in and towed out. I really don't understand why it took about 1 month 1/2 to do nothing. This was my only means of transportation and we where not even offered a rental. I am so disappointed with the experience at McKenna. I am definitely posting my bad experience online to warn others .Not professionals at all. Based on this experience I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The reason that I post this comment is that I don't want others to waste their time because time is valuable, and obviously, McKenna Audi does not appreciate it.
Don't buy your car from anyone else but Sierra! Just kidding, I'm sure everyone else there will treat you just as well. She was very attentive and accommodating during and after the buying experience. McKenna Audi treats their customers with respect and integrity and are second to none in meeting all of your needs. This is my second vehicle with them and I will be back for my 3rd soon.
