John's Best Pizza - Norwalk

I have mistakenly ordered the wrong John's Best when I used Slice and both John's Best locations don't work with me to transfer the order. I was 45 minutes away from the place that received my order, while the one I physically showed refused to accept the order. Slice would either not reverse the order or give me the $45. I made the mistake, but I'm shocked how easy it could be repaired, but not. It's a shame because John's Best was my family's favorite pizza in the area and I spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, although they never get our business again, because customer service is obviously not a priority.

I ordered twice from here and both times I was disappointed. The pizza is medium in best crust and saucebland and watery. There are so many other good pizza places in town. Pizza's not here. I ordered a special, the second time it should be a salad and bread that it does not. No big deal I thought they would do it right. Instead, the person gave me an attitude on the phone and refused to refund me an amount and argued with me until I just hanged. Bad food bad service. Won?t wasted my money back here, that's safe.

I called and they told me I could come and pick up the salads, I said I didn't have a car why I said the delivery and the person at the other end? That sucks, and then they hung on me. Well, if this is the customer service of this shop, I will not use it again

Ok I don't understand the 4 star review on this pizza shop, I got 2 personal pizzas, not sure what happened the pizza was so bland seems to forget the sauce to salt the peppers and onions were also blanching also the crust was soggy, the delivery service was on site. But until the taste of the pizza I will not recommend it. As I read the other comments, it seems that the chefs are not consistent in their cooking, so either they have no prescription that they follow or someone in the kitchen does only their own thing, but unfortunately does this for inconsistent results and a loss of customers.

Ordered through uber eats, order took an hour long, they gave me a COLD mediocre plain cheese pizza when I ordered a vodka style and the chocolate cake I ordered was tiny.... never ordering from here again
