But a nine dollar salad and it was awful the avocado she put on there was rotten and the chicken was just about a spoon fill in the corner of all this lettuce I used to go there along time ago but I will never return I ask for salad dressing it look like mayo I asked is this mayo yes‘s mix with ginger or you kidding me it sucks Grill Town don’t even Deserve one star View all feedback.
The food is good. However, the customer service isn't. I had an experience here where I was charged twice and had to call my bank to cancel my first transaction because the cashier didn't want to give me a refund. He was actually rude about it and told me that he couldn't do anything and if I would like I could just walk away without the food. Honestly the customer service is terrible. Saying that it isn't good is not enough. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the food is actually tasty. Just bring cash on your visit to avoid a headache.
If you're into bowls and friendly quick service this is the place.
I did a phone order and they said ready in 10 minutes. I show up and pay. They then start cooking my food. I waited another 20 minutes. They started cooking other peoples food that walked in and ordered. Totally unorganized and not even busy. Will not be going back.
NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. THE MAN WAS SO RUDE AND ALL BECAUSE I ASKED ABOUT A SAUCE. HE WAS SOO RUDE. I USED TO LIKE COMING HERE ... WHAT A SHAME TBH
Fantastic spot to eat something when in a hurry. Their service is quick, pricing is reasonable, fantastic ambience. Highly recommended
