This is a great spot to enjoy a good drink. The interior is welcoming, featuring a modern design with high ceilings. While the coffee isn't the cheapest option, it aligns with the average prices in Norwalk. However, the quality of the coffee served here makes it worth the price. What Eudora Wehner doesn't like about Dunkin':
Today the drive through was okay. Other days you sit there and they don't even acknowledge you are there with a Hello. You wait snd wait. I have pulled out of line and gone to McDonald's where they greet you right away. Also, it would be nice if the DD drive through told you the total before you drive around. View all feedback.
The customer service was excellent! The location was clean, and the order was accurate.
Clean and with fast service. enjoyed a iced coffee, very refreshing.
I absolutely love her hot chocolate and coffee. The butter pecan iced latte is the best! It should definitely be available all year round!
This evaluation is for the management that it is acceptable to have three employees to blow a morning rush on their own. not only did I wait for my mobile order for more than 20 minutes, but it was first incomplete, then inaccurate. the person she treated was overwhelmed and I went without having corrected it because the employee had no backup and a feedback of abandoned. it is disgusting that the manager or load owner was not in the floor that helps.
Dunkin' has become overpriced junk in my opinion. I discovered a fantastic breakfast spot called Liz Sue Bagels, and they are simply amazing. Everything there is fresh and authentic, unlike the artificial eggs at Dunkin'.
