Casey's General Store - Norwalk

Slow PoS systems,points never work when you need to use them,slow...slow..slow . Slow.... checkouts ,always checkouts.Cant wait until Quickstar Opens.

Sad to say that Casey's is going downhill on service and atmosphere. Today when I was in this Casey's on sunset it was dirty. The cashier kept coughing and was back in the kitchen, which makes me think she was coughing over the food being made. I had a handful of items and after she rang me up, she went back to making sure the store order was correct instead of finishing up with the customer. Every time I'm in this Casey's I have to practically beg for them to bag my items and if you ask they have an attitude about actually doing their job. The employees love talking loud to each other for everyone to hear and it's unprofessional. Customers don't want to hear about your issues at work or personal life. Casey's employees have no idea how to stay professional and do their jobs.

Bad enough that their flat pizza is greasy and overpriced. Today, with no other customers my order was ignored and I wasted a trip to the store with a vehicle that has limited trips. They sure were quick to cancel it though!

They offer $3.19 for gas and then you pull and that is not available. You have to pay $3.74 per gallon. It’s been like that for a months now. The 87 octane is not available more of a scam than community service.

Very grump middle aged lady working. Not a pleasant think to walk into
