I really enjoy this Arby's! The food is consistently fresh, and I've always had a positive experience here. The service is quick, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the floor had just been mopped during my visit, and there were no wet floor signs posted. I almost slipped twice and felt like I was on ice. We were the only ones inside we waited for 10mins for someone to see us one employee even told another oh they can wait horrible customer service from what I'm assuming is the manager I get fast food can be hard sometimes but they were just lazy almost all the dinning tables were gross just a bad experience all around so upsetting because typically love arbys lobby was so bad we got our food to go View all feedback.
Slow service, mediocre food. Orders get messed up regularly.
I tried the new bacon ranch cheese steak and it wasn't nearly as good as the classic. The bacon was really crunchy hard and dry which was not good and there was far too much ranch. The bun and meat were delicious.
The drive-thru staff seem unable to listen, and every time I've gone to this restaurant, it's been incredibly slow. It's so bad that people are turning off their cars while waiting in line. Going inside isn't any better; once you're at the payment counter, you're stuck waiting about 20 minutes for fast food. The prices are way too high for such poor and slow service.
Really good chicken! It's tough to find curly fries that are better. A bit on the pricey side, but it's a nice change from the usual burger places.
My lunch was ruined at Arby's! I ordered the turkey ranch bacon sandwich with Swiss cheese, but when I opened the bag, I found it had American cheese and a ton of mustard instead! I thought it would be easy to swap the cheese, but apparently not. The receipt was correct, except they added Swiss instead of substituting it. It seems like they're just trying to charge for the extra cheese. The mustard overwhelmed the flavor and ruined the whole experience! I wouldn’t recommend Arby's for lunch unless you have extra time to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I didn’t, so I ended up with a sandwich I couldn't eat and wasted my money. The mozzarella sticks were decent, but it was disappointing overall. John
