Highly recommend the solterito munay makes kale delicious, especially if eaten w/the flavorful tomatoes favas. Very fresh seafood. Great flavor, no enhancers clean safe. Chef Jonathan Lopez was so accommodating especially with gluten free choices w/Peruvian flavor;my dear hubby,Josè Rios-Niño is vegano
