Tonight we met Jack! What a pleasant young man! There was a line, and he just seemed to appear out of nowhere, and quickly worked the line down, with a smile! When it was our turn, we picked a few scratchers out, and went to ring out, when I noticed, I actually had tickets, that were not what was showing on the dispenser! He told me no problem, and quickly went to retrieve the tickets from the back that I had wanted! I felt bad to turn around to a line behind me again, but, Jack was on it, with a smile on his face he never missed a beat! Even telling me good luck, on my way out the door!
This place is a train wreck. Came to our small town and we had high hopes? yep 2 years later 5 different GM, won?t take the time to train their new hires before throwing them to the wolves, hostile work environment and corporate keeps playing the same tune. With companies being run like this it?s no wonder the can?t retain any employees. Why even bother going in there they don?t want to stock other brands of merchandise but their in house stuff is never made. Don?t count on them having a singe sandwich in the store if your trying to get something for your lunch spend you money elsewhere
I 'm actually confused by the bad reviews. We had a great experience! Gas prices were awesome, especially using Upside. I accidentally just got a pre paid receipt only instead of a final receipt. Called back to see if there was any chance they could email or text me a photo of the final receipt because I was no longer in the area. I figured there was no way that could happen. The guy working said call back and ask for Justin tomorrow he can probably help. I called back the following day and Justin said: Sure, no problem! . He texted me a copy of my final receipt and saved me about $20 in reimbursement. Now that 's just good service!
