I don't often value companies because I interact with so many, but my positive experiences at Red Dot have forced me to thank them in this way, but small the gesture can be. So rarely can I find a place where I feel at home the first time. Simply put, I made the decision to go to Red Dot a month ago and now I found myself there at least three days a week. Not only the coffee top notch, but the ambience is so suitable for long sessions of creative, fulfilling work. The staff are friendly, always talk to me with names and have me in different types of drinks than I usually enjoy. The owners Butch and Arlita are very proud of their business and wish only the best kind of service and coffee for their customers. You are a welcome addition to Northville and I highly recommend that you visit even if you are just visiting the city. Very best to your business; They went beyond and beyond to win me.

Today for the first time at Red Dot Coffee! Had a great visit. Excellent coffee and Crescents. Property and staff were super friendly and welcoming. Many open places to park and enjoy your coffee. Recommend everyone looking for a great meeting place.

Absolutely the best coffee shop I was on site and maybe ever was. I try to come with excuses so I can go back as soon as possible!! My only regret is that I've been waiting for almost two years to go there.

My first choice for a coffee shop in Metro Detroit. Customer service is excellent. Coffee is excellent and Direct Trade. The environment inside is warm, comfortable, and modern. By far the best place to work or meet friends.
