Contribute FeedbackTable 5 restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with superbly prepared proteins. While the vegetables were slightly tough, the desserts were excellent and the wine selection reasonably priced. The friendly staff and overall cozy feel of the place make it a must-visit spot. Though some reviewers found the service to be slow and the food mediocre, others praised the outstanding service and quality dishes. With consistently delicious food and a warm ambiance, Table 5 is a top choice for a delightful dining experience in the Detroit area.
Wonderful place. Amazing food. The staff is warm and friendly. And the tablecloth is welcoming and romantic. Dinner salads for beginners are fantastic. The one made from scratch-vinaigrette was heaven. I had the ruthless Alaskan Halibut. It didn't care about the rice as he had a cheese-it's taste. But the fish was excellent. This will be one of our GoTo sites when visiting the Detroit region.
Fortunately, I give him four for the whole service and the quality of the food, but I would give him a negative evaluation for the quality for simple special requests. Every dish here is complete - there is no choice to make. And that's good as long as you like and can eat what's included. Tonight, my husband ordered the chicken, but wanted another vegetable. Our server said she had to check with the cook. When she came back, she said, He is too busy to make substitution. TOO BUSY? Really? Even if he is that 's 1) an unfortunate, non-satisfied way to the no, and 2) too damn bad. My husband didn't order anything, and if we hadn't been with a group, we would have gone. I won't return.
Best Food, Best Service, Best Value. We drive 25 minutes nearly each week from Ann Arbor, a town that is known for quality restaurants, just to dine at Table 5. They are simply the best in all categories. The chef is excellent, the servers are there for you, the bartender (Brian) is excellent, and management is very visible and involved and so very nice. We find that prices are very competitive. It is obvious to us that Northville is thriving and Table 5 is evidence of this. We love Table 5.
Really good experience! Calimari appetizer was good. Salmon with hodgepodge spring peas was very tasty. They even had a vegetarian spaghetti squash entree. Great place to take a client or entertain a customer.
Every year at Christmas time, my family and I meet up here with our dear friends from Ohio. We always suggest new meeting places, but we always end up at Table 5, and we are never disappointed. The food is top-notch, but the staff and setting are anything but the pretentious ones that come with other high quality restaurants of the same caliber.
