Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the buffalo which was a buffalo meatloaf. It was prepared and presented in a completely unique way that I thoroughly enjoyed. One word of caution the blackened chicken and the Caribbean pasta are both quite spicy contrary to what your waiter may say. The bill was about $25 per person without alcohol. Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
What Elton Shields doesn't like about Deadwood Grill:
I do not care what they say everytime I come here I get borderline warm food that was clearly microwaved or put in a warming oven for a few minutes befired being served. I have had many items from their menu over the years and I don't even think they mash potatoes daily. I know what microwaved food looks like ok. Service always good but I wouldn't eat here again for free and I hardly ever give bad food reviews. View all feedback.
I'm not sure why I am giving this restaurant a good rating. They were showing the State vs. Ohio game, which was a plus, but the service was slow from beginning to end. The Buffalo wings were burnt and dry, and the potatoes had other vegetables mixed in that I wasn't expecting. The mac n cheese with BBQ pork was also disappointing. I'm not sure if I would return.
This restaurant is amazing! We dined here two nights in a row and tried a variety of appetizers. The first night we had a wild game sampler, which was incredible. The next night, we enjoyed the walleye and it was delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic and I will definitely be back on my next visit to the Motor City.
The restaurant was good, but not consistently so. I dined with a group of 9, which may have affected our experience. My buffaloburger was enjoyable, but the rodeo melt received mixed reviews from everyone in our group who ordered it. Despite being advertised as a first-class rib steak, it was deemed tasteless and resembled bratwurst beef. Two members had the Traverse City chicken burger, which received high praise. The woofers and spiced pommes were tasty accompaniments. The **** moose was thin but decent, nothing extraordinary. I would consider giving this place another chance with a smaller group or dining solo. The service was good and attentive.
Omg is here like 5 people and it always takes a beer at the bar. glasses are also crazy hot. it's like they're in the weeds minus the weeds.
There are three things I look at in judging a restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere. Deadwood has all three perfected. Lots of good things to talk about but I'll focus on the food. You can get game here. And they actually prepare it perfectly. If you're looking to be a little adventurous in your meals, this is a perfect place to try things other than chicken or beef. They also have the normal American burgers and stuff if you're with someone who is turned off by rabbit, bore, and deer. Bottom line, eat here. And eat well friends
