Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Arrived 2/7/24 at 1:31pm. Sign says open, but doors are locked. I called and no one picked up. ?? Disappointed.

Arrived at 1233 pm on 1/16/24 and door was locked. Open sign was on but door locked. Knocked several times with no luck getting them to open the door.This is not the 1st time having poor service. Majority of the machines are always being cleaned so you can only select like 2 different froyo.Management needs to look into why they advise they open at noon and when you show up after that time, they are still either prepping machines or they just keep the doors locked.

Very disappointed with our experience. Walked in and it appeared that no one was working. Once I said to my husband, is anyone even working, a girl got up from a table she was sitting at with her boyfriend? It’s was not anywhere near closing time and the topping selection was nearly depleted. Asked the employee if the toppings could be replenished… the ‘boyfriend’ sitting at the table near us laughed. The employee was irritated with us but did replenish the toppings. It has been a few years since we have gone to Menchie’s and will never return!!

Chick was filming us with her phone coming in. Thats was rude. After we got our icecream a guy I assume her boyfriend or a worker who knows was sitting on the counter where the toppings are ? if I knew butts were on there I would've left. The oreo icecream was completely out so my sister did the twist option... and they had it matched with tart!!???
