Was back in the area for an appointment with my son, decided to stop in to grab a bite to eat. Haven’t been here in probably 25 years, but I have great memories of this place as a kid. Not from the area and decided to give this place a try. Wednesday 7-3-24 morning. The cook/order taker sounded irritated when I called to place my order. 2. The bacon looks liked it was cooked on dirty equipment, and overcooked probably from a few days ago also, sausages undercooked and how do u even Mess up on toast? This place was really good! It may not appear that was from the outside, but the food was fresh and tasted great. Kind of an overwhelming walk up menu situation so I made it easy with just a chicken tender sub and fries. I was unaware of how things worked there so I skipped the tip when I placed and paid for my order. They bring the food to your table though so I felt bad I didn't and didn't have any cash. Friendly and clean establishment. Parking: It's part of a small strip mall so parking may be difficult during busy hours
How do you have a deli with no old dills? The sandwiches were delicious though.
The owner was personally working the register and we had a very lovely conversation, he ended up offering me free food and wanted to take a photo with me. The whole staff was very friendly and one asked me about the college I attended and if I'd recommend the program. The customer after us stated that he's been a regular for 30+ years as well, the food was amazing and the prices were unbeatable. An absolute must try in the Livonia area!
Hands down the best breakfast omlette and French toast I've ever had. Atmosphere is quiet and laid back.
Took a break from busting butt this weekend , saw a post about them, tried them yummy, and sister is going back there with me to try again.
