The flavors... read more This restaurant serves the healthiest and most flavorful vegan food you can find. I appreciate that they do not use processed oils in their dishes. The flavors are rich, bold, and absolutely delicious. Eating here leaves me feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and healed every time.

Everything from the coffee... read more My mom is in town so I decided to try to take her to a few vegan spots. This was both our first time at Roots Cafe but not our last! Everything from the coffee to the food was amazing! My mom ordered an iced coffee and I started with a cold brew. Both were out of this world. We decided to share the pad Thai salad and Buffy Chicky burrito. OMG. Both dishes were delicious and filling. We did not have room for dessert but next time will make a point to try something chocolate. Our only complaint was the outdoor seating. The tables are sort of random and piecemeal. They were also dirty with leaves and debris. Also, only one had an umbrella and it was occupied so we got stuck sitting in the sun.
