If you are looking for somehere to stop off on the A1 between Newcastle and Edinburgh you might be struggling. This place is great. A nice cafe with a small gift and ladies clothes shop with parking and toilets. Good coffee. Excellent breakfasts. Clean and friendly. View all feedback.
What Odyssey21894177146 doesn't like about Carnaby’s:
Ordered a ploughman's lunch,what I received was a processed cheese and processed ham sandwich with a tiny piece of salad leaf. Very disappointed worst Ploughman's ever View all feedback.
Loved it. Great food. All freshly made. Clean, plenty tables inside and out. Good area for kids to play.
I love this place. stayed here to the north at 1 and now stop a week later when returning to the breakfast. now have to look for a1 to travel!
Short recently seen as for vacation. beautiful menu and a fantastic selection of cakes. we visited once for lunch and once for breakfast - lunch was my favourite!
Lovely, spacious cafe. Includes a guy shop, outdoor seating and a safe children's play away. Menu was diverse and the food a good quality
Lovely cafe to drop into whilst travelling up A1, food lovely and reasonable prices
