Since being taken to Brockbushes by a friend earlier this year,we have had a meal there everytime we have travelled to Newcastle upon Tyne. The restaurant is always busy, as is the ajoining farm shop. There is always a good selection of food on offer, which is of very good quality and plentiful helpings. A great stopping off place when travelling from South Scotland to Newcastle upon Tyne. View all feedback.
What mukhasben doesn't like about Brockbushes Farm:
We visited this restaurant while on a Pumpkin Picking outing, and they had a wide variety to choose from. There was ample parking available, but be aware that there is also a lot of mud around (wellies are recommended). We checked out the farm shop and tea room, but found that the prices were too high for our liking. View all feedback.
Annual food Fair and a great pre Christmas treat. A wonderful opportunity to buy bespoke gifts for Christmas. After a lengthy perusal we went for a hot Northumbrian sausage in a wholemeal roll. Totally delicious with marvellous mustard. Yum yum
Visited on the 23rd of December just to see santa. It was a brilliant experience for our children. We were met by a cheery elf (didn 't catch her name but she was jolly and friendly) and Santa spent about 15 minutes talking to our children, unlike some places where you feel like you are being rushed out ready for the next child. You also get reindeer food and a 'grow you own Christmas tree ' as well as the present (modelling clay in our case)It was quite a long wait to see Santa, would recommend pre booking and getting there about half an hour before your time slot. The shop had some really nice Christmas decorations for sale and the toilets were clean (didn 't eat in cafe so can 't comment on this, though it was very busy at 1pm).
Came here with the family we left very disappointed . Overpriced would be a understatement .. try elsewhere .
Visited the cafe on sunday.Dont think i have ever enjoyed the dining experience here over the years but it just gets worse.Staff like zombies and in need of major uplift.Savory pies nice but an unwelcoming negative vibe place.
