The man serving me seemed more interested in chatting with his colleague than helping me, which I found to be rude. When I asked for an itemised receipt at the beginning of the transaction, I received a receipt listing 4 crisps and 4 bottles of juice instead of the 2 of each that I had purchased along with a £3.19 sandwich. This mistake made it difficult for me to accurately report my company dinner expenses to the VAT man. It seemed like the employee took the easy way out by scanning everything multiple times to avoid the issue of the sandwich not having a barcode. Overall, this was bad customer service and I will be avoiding this petrol station in the future.
