This place is a nice little gem for Thai food. I haven't explored much of their menu in all the times I've been there, but I can say that their Red Curry (Chicken), House Special (Beef or Chicken), and Chicken Satay are very good.I just enjoy those dishes so much that I don't want to experiment with the rest of the menu, haha. The house special is a dish that's unique to this restaurant and this restaurant alone. What Justin X doesn't like about Thai Bamboo:
Terrible food for the price. Owner also doesn’t care about their community and hogs charging spots from customers with cars that need to charge with his giant hunk of mess. View all feedback.
What a hidden gem. I may be mistaken but I believe the owner was onsite and took care of us. 7 of us from the office all wanted Thai and we only had an hour to spare. We were accommodated immediately as the tables were mainly set up for 4 or less. We all got our food within 6 to 8 minutes and our dishes DID NOT disappoint. I'll be back for more green curry chicken (highly recommended ? .
My family enjoyed a great meal here and will come back. The food and warm service are the stars here. The interior is nothing fancy, and the EV charging station outside was a bit distracting (but it is also a draw for customers). Parking is a challenge, but with a little patience, it is not a problem. We ordered spring rolls, chow mein, fried rice, a stir-fried chicken and vegetable dish, and sweet, sticky rice. It was all deliciousKid-friendliness: Our teen has sensory concerns, and they made his dish as requested without a problem.Parking: There are Tesla charging spots right out front. It is in a busy shopping center.
We randomly picked here to eat. It was fantastic. We all loved out choices. The glass noodles, pad Thai and the chicken dish were amazingly deliciousFood: 5/5

Thai food is, for sure, one of my top choices for Asian cuisine since it combines the two things I love most in terms of food: insane amounts of sugar and muscle-building levels of beef/chicken/seafood.This places was... just ok?The service was excellent but Thai people in general are warm, friendly, approachable and overall wonderful so, for me, that has always been a given when going to any Thai place. The atmosphere was great. The place was clean and there's even outdoor seating. The food? I came here with my boss for lunch and he made some interesting observations that I didn't quite catch, since my head is usually in the clouds: the wings were Costco wings that had been deep fried from their frozen state, but the center was still cold. Also his Spicy Basil Chicken was just ok.I, on the other hand, had Beef Pad Thai and Chicken Satay, cause I'm basiq :D. The Pad Thai was quite decent but the noodles were a bit on the thinner than usual side. The Chicken Satay was quite good.I did like the place but given that I've tried so many other places since moving to SoCal from Florida (a state sorely lacking in good Asian food places) in 2019, it definitely did not crack a spot in my top 3.Speaking of which, my top three Thai restaurants in SoCal are (in no particular order) Taste of Thai in San Bernardino, Pailin Thai Cuisine in Thai Town, and Kanok Thai Bistro in Costa Mesa (P.S. I also love the Oxford comma). This place is definitely good if you're in the San Fernando Valley and don't feel like driving insanely far to satisfy your Thai cravings, though.Parking: There are Tesla charging stations right in front of the restaurant.
