Description

The local Halal restaurant offers a mixed dining experience marked by both delightful and disappointing moments. While some guests rave about the delicious lamb bukhari, kebab platters, and friendly service, others report issues with food quality and order accuracy. Complaints about stale salads, poor customer service, and a lack of attention to dietary restrictions are common. However, many appreciate the ample portions and reasonable prices, especially for items like the gyro. With a cozy atmosphere and friendly chef, the restaurant shows potential but needs improvements in service consistency and food hygiene to elevate the overall experience.

Today, when I ordered for pick up, i found an error with my order. My rice plate was filled with yogurt all over half of the food, instead of side of hummus. When I called to inform/inquire, the woman said they were out of hummus and just swapped itfor yogurt. The issue is I am highly allergic to yogurt so atleast she could have asked and offered any options. Instead ofapologizing she simply said don 't eat it and hung up. I was also charged for large fries but received a regular sizedfries. Last time I ordered pick up from this restaurant, the son was helping out and everything was beyond my expectation.Eventhough there was a wait because they were busy, the food was good and everything was satisfactory. Personally, unless thereare multiple people working, I am just leaving. Unfortunately the woman doesn 't speak proper English and just doesn 't care abouther customers.

Ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger was hot, fresh and frankly one of the best I've had in a long time. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked on a fresh bun with their take on special sauce (similar to In N Out sauce but with more kick) Thefries were equally hot and fresh and just like the first time I came here they were plentiful. Equal to 2 large fries from anyfast food place. The lady who helped me was friendly and the food came relatively fast considering she appeared to be the onlyperson working. I will definitely be coming back to try their halal food next time. I'd give them 6 stars for this meal if Icould

I had an amazing gyro that was a great deal! It was priced between $7.99 and $8.99, which is incredibly affordable. They even generously offered extra Tzatziki sauce for free! Thank you to the restaurant for such a wonderful experience!

The rice had an unpleasant odor, so I didn't even touch it. The salad appeared to be stale as well. When I ordered hummus, the server instead brought me two spoonfuls of yogurt and mentioned that she would make the hummus later. After finishing my kebab, I inquired about the missing hummus, only to be told it was unavailable, yet I was still charged for it. Additionally, she forgot to bring chutney. The kebab seemed like it had been fried from frozen. I ate it out of hunger after searching for a halal restaurant for four hours that day. The prices on the menu were also quite high. Overall, I found the food to be unsatisfactory in terms of hygiene.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delightful. The chef, a warm and welcoming woman, always goes the extra mile to ensure a wonderful dining experience. We're more than happy to pay a bit extra for her exceptional hospitality. The seating arrangements are ideal for families, and there's plenty of parking available. The restaurant prominently displays a large Halal sign at the entrance, and the interior decor enhances the overall atmosphere, making it clear that this is an excellent place to eat.
