The man behind the bar was on his phone, while the manager was sitting at a table drinking coffee. When I mentioned that I was here for food, I was informed that they had no kitchen and therefore could not serve me. This was disappointing and the service was not great.

Despite having my phone number, no one had contacted us beforehand to let us know. It was unclear why this happened. The only positive aspect was the excellent band playing, which was the main reason we had made the reservation in the first place.

Only to be told the kitchen wasn’t open due to oven’s not working I thanked them for letting me know which they didn’t. Very poor customer service if you can call it that would not bother again

We returned later in the evening after going elsewhere for a few drinks. Definitely will be returning
