Wingstop - Northlake

They forgot the Cajun Corn and found out when we got home. Probably the worst wings I ever had

Little short staffed so there was a small wait but the staff was friendly and the food was great

I come to this location about once a month to satiate my Wingstop cravings. I’ve never had a bad experience, although occasionally I don’t get an even number of drums and flats with a classic order. Sometimes they even include an extra wing by accident! I have noticed recently that the fries portion sizes seem to have gotten smaller, which I hope isn’t a permanent trend. Employees have always been prompt and friendly.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Online it says that they close at midnight. On their door it says they close at midnight. They decided they are closed at 11 and would not give us our takeout order at 11:02 because the door was locked. When order was placed, they said order wouldn't be ready until 11:15. We were one of 3 people trying to get our order, knocking on the door, only to be ignored. When we called them asking for our orders they told us they couldn't open the door per their manager. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back, it is poorly run, and in terms of customer service they get an F!

Ordered chicken tenders with 6 different flavors to try. They didnt label nothing. 5 of the 6 all look alike in coloring and so similar in taste you cant tell which flavor is what. Next time, im gonna take ALL the boxes back to them, AND SAY I WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHAT FLAVOR IS WHAT WITHOUT TASTING EACH ONE. AND IF THEY CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE- REMAKE MY ORDER WHILE I WATCH YOU, AND I WANT EACH FLAVOR LABELED.
