Great location. As always, the food was great. Only the challenge was that the staff seemed rather stressed and I don't know if it was a lack of personnel or bad management. Miss the Smiles View all feedback.
Great location! The food was, as always, fantastic. However, the downside was that the staff appeared quite stressed, and I'm not sure if it was due to a lack of personnel or poor management. I really miss the friendly smiles.
Great sandwiches as always! We picked up some bagels and tried the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel for the first time—it was fantastic. The smoothies took a little while to prepare, but they were worth the wait. The kids' pizza was also amazing. This is definitely the best lunch spot near Northglenn Community Center. Five stars!
The staff informed us that Panera's prices went up last year. For instance, in December 2021, I paid $1.50 for a nut cream spread, and today, the same item costs $2.00. There were several subtle price changes, but no improvement in quality or quantity. However, if you're in the mood for Panera, it's still worth it!
I have come to this place since the opening and have received nothing but good customer service. But today there was a mix with my order not once, but twice. What I totally understand. Errors happen, and the world is not fun right now. Management and staff definitely did it to me. I appreciate all the patience I have shown and the customer service I have received. I'll come back to this place.
