What User doesn't like about Heidi's Brooklyn Deli:
This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. They opened late, and it took 40 minutes to receive a very average bagel. The two employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in serving or preparing food. Every time I arrive at this restaurant for a GrubHub order, the staff is either standing around or on their phones. They never have the order prepared in advance and only start it once I arrive. View all feedback.
