The Taproom Grille - Northfield

My fiancée, sister and my brother in law and I were in Atlantic City for a comedy show, we decided to try the taproom for dinner before the show that was at 10 a.m. The online booking was simple and fast. Our reservation was at 7:45, we arrived at 7:50 immediately on the outside terrace. It took almost 10 minutes until our table was greeted and our orders were picked up. There were live music that were fine, but the volume was very loud, it was impossible to talk. Our alcoholic drinks, appetizers, caesar salad and shrimp cocktail and bread for the table came at a reasonable time. It wasn't until 9:20 when we had to submit a manager to get our food. After talking to the manager, she seemed very careless with our time crispy and waiting. Our server immediately passed the check and our boxes. We eat our dinner with our hands in the car before our show, as they don't deliver silverware. We had ordered the royal primary rib, 8oz fillet, chicken and salmon. King Prime Rib and fillet were good size meat and tasted good. Salmon was dry and over boiled we also found a fairly large bone in the fish. The side of the potatoes was clearly sat since my brother could pick it up like an apple in the law.

The service was very fast, which differs from the previous years of the week of restaurant. The food was good as usual. The dark chocolate almond cake was quite terrible. Try like a brownie you forget in the oven for another 30 minutes, so dry and hard.

We went to lunch here for restaurant week. We had the wings and both were delicious. Then my collar ordered the beef basket and I ordered the Rigatoni. Both were good. Look, they have a really good happy hour here. We're coming back!
