We chose the taco cart option, where their staff prepared fresh tacos according to our guests' preferences, and it was a huge hit! Everyone raved about how delicious the food was throughout the entire weekend, and they were especially impressed that the Taco Nano team made fresh tortillas right on the spot. The staff at the taco cart were incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you, Taco Nano team, for your delicious food and for offering such creative catering options. We cannot recommend you highly enough!

When I arrived, no one was at the counter, an... read more On Saturday night, I placed a pick-up order, but it was evident that customer service was not a priority for them. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, and despite seeing staff enjoying themselves in the back, it took a moment for anyone to acknowledge me. Eventually, they handed over my food, and I headed home. Unfortunately, the food was likely microwaved, as it was barely warm, despite living just five minutes away. To make matters worse, I ordered guacamole and chips, but they forgot to include the guacamole. I called to let them know about the missing guac, but the person on the other end seemed indifferent and said they would issue a refund, which, of course, never came. If a business doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, perhaps it should consider shutting down. The food was good in the past, but I’ve decided to find another restaurant that values its customers.
