The pizza is fantastic, but I find it hard to give a fair rating due to their refusal to accept my $50 bill. I intended to order $20 worth of food, and they wouldn't take the bill? Really?

This is undoubtedly the best pizza place in town. The pizza is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. As a Northfield resident, I've experienced my fair share of issues with local stores and restaurants, but this Papa Murphy's truly deserves these five stars! I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quick and courteous service!

I'm surprised the manager at Papa Murphy's is still employed here after reading some of these reviews. Personally, I experienced poor customer service and attitude firsthand. As someone who trains restaurant staff, this manager clearly needs a basic lesson in customer service. On my way out, I noticed a "Hiring" sign and couldn't help but think it should be for the manager position. If I owned Papa Murphy's, I would seriously consider addressing this ongoing issue. After 11 years, it's easy to become complacent, and this manager perfectly demonstrates that. Step up your game, Mr. Manager without a nametag! Also, the menu experience could use some improvement to match the quality expected from Papa Murphy's.

Enjoying an evening off from cooking is such a treat! My partner and I love the cowboy pizza, and I’m grateful that the staff are always happy to make substitutions for a topping or two. There’s something wonderful about the smell of pizza baking right in your own kitchen. I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s!

This place is amazing, but they seem to have a constant turnover of staff! I ordered an online special that came with cheesy bread. When I arrived, I asked about my order, and an employee directed me to a rack. I grabbed my pizzas, greeted a coworker briefly, and left. On my way home, I realized I didn’t get my cheesy bread, so I pulled over and called them while heading back. The phone kept ringing when I walked in. I explained I was missing the cheesy bread, and another staff member told me I had to pick it up myself from a certain spot. Seriously? They couldn’t have told me this when I was still there? When I asked why the phone wasn’t answered, there was no one else there except me and two young guys. What is going on???
