Sat night the 11th of nov I was in late to pick up some food The manager lady who was working last night was absolutely the nicest I have ever encountered at any food place She was happy, kind and helpful getting some stuff i needed . I even said I wish everyone was in a good mood like you are Food was really good again but I want this known and it's fair to leave a good compliment for someone like her I didn't get her name but I will next time I'm in thanks Good for her and please people remember a lot of places are still short staffed I realized this 2 years ago so I learned a lesson I can't cook so I am so thankful always people are still out working at restaurants especially fast casual thank you again

Ordered 20oz latte but was initially given smaller size (which seems a common Panera problem). Bathroom urinal was filthy, has cleaning become a lost art? Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
